2011 Foundation Ball

Spend “A Night in the Caribbean” with the
Wilson Hospital Foundation

The seventeenth annual Wilson Memorial Hospital Foundation Ball will be held this year at the Piqua Country Club on Saturday, March 12. The evening kicks off with refreshments at 6:45 p.m. followed by dinner served at 8 p.m. Music is provided by DJ Tony Brown for all types of dancing. The charity event is black tie optional.

The theme for this year’s gala is “A Night in the Caribbean.” The Piqua Country Club will be transformed into a tropical paradise complete with a pirate ship, tiki bar, and palm trees. Bonnie Faulkner, executive director of the Wilson Memorial Hospital Foundation said, “After all the snow and cold weather we’ve experienced this year, a Caribbean night of fun is just what the doctor ordered.” Unique centerpieces will grace the tables and continue the theme.

All proceeds will be added to the Foundation’s endowment fund to provide future funding for capital equipment and patient care needs. Over $431,000 has been raised through this event for the hospital since it was first established in 1994.
