Sidney Daily News article stated the following:
The proposed hospital will be of colonial design, constructed of brick and trimmed in stone. It will be a two-story structure with a sub-basement and will accommodate 25 beds. On the first floor will be the Memorial hall, private rooms, the superintendent's, nurses' and doctors' offices and drug rooms. The operating room will be located on the second floor, which also will have private rooms and a ward. The X-ray room, kitchen, dining room, laundry, etc., will be on the ground floor.

Deed conveying the Wilson property to the Trustees of the Shelby County Memorial Hospital Association was filed in the Recorder's office.
