The Wilson Memorial Hospital Foundation is very fortunate to have the fine men and women listed below serving as members of the Wilson Memorial Hospital Foundation Board.

In addition to being community-minded citizens, they are your friends and family and, on occasion, patients at Wilson Memorial. As such, they have your best interests at heart and work diligently giving not only financially, but also generously of their time and expertise, to ensure that the Wilson Memorial Hospital Foundation is governed to the very best of their ability.

A MESSAGE FROM DAN BENSMAN, FOUNDATION BOARD CHAIRMAN

As you are well aware, the availability of affordable quality health care services is an important aspect in everyone’s lives.  Wilson Memorial Hospital is proud to have been a vital participant in providing such services in our community for over 75 years.  Continued community support for Wilson Memorial Hospital will ensure that the same quality health care services are available to members of our community for many more years to come.

The purpose of the Wilson Memorial Hospital Foundation is to assist in maintaining the financial health of our hospital.  With the continuing reduction in government and insurance reimbursement for health care services, your support of the Foundation is more important than ever before. 

Several years ago, the Foundation introduced The Wilson Society to assist in our efforts to increase the size of the general endowment fund, which serves the hospital by providing funds for specific medical needs as determined by the hospital’s Board of Trustees.  The Wilson Society members are individuals who have made a commitment to include Wilson Memorial Hospital in their estate planning.  We look forward to including more community members in The Wilson Society to help provide for the future health care needs of our community.  We extend the opportunity to you to share in this commitment by becoming a member of The Wilson Society.
